Hawaiian Chicken
Our most popular dish among North Shore and Ocean City diners. We use a 7oz. Chicken Breast, Grill it and hit it with Dave's sweet teriyaki glaze.
Pulled Pork
We slow cook the pig at least 6 hours with a house made dry run. Then serve it with our 3/2/1 Thai BBQ sauce, Spice, Sour, and Sweet. This is not a spicy sauce but can become one if you like, severed with rolls or sticky rice.
Shrimp Scampi
A mound of sautéed shrimp in our white wine, butter, and garlic sauce. Topped with fresh basil and parsley. |

Kabobs
A classic at any Hawaiin Luau are the chicken, Green Pepper and Pineapple.
Chicken Satay
Severed with a peanut and cilantro dipping sauce.
Coconut Shrimp
A sweet alternative to fried shrimp, and served with an orange dipping sauce.
Crab Cake
-“All meat and no junky fillers”, is the way we describe them at the Grill. Severed with tarter and cocktail sauces.
Thai Summer Rolls
Fresh summer veggies, long rice noodles, and shrimp or salmon if you choose. All wrapped in rice paper and served cold with a ginger soy dipping sauce.
Crab Balls
Our classic crab cake, only bite sized. Served with cocktail and tartar sauce.
